Siebel CRM to SAP CRM

Hello Folks,

I'm a Siebel CRM Techno Functional Consultant having 7 years of experience. I would like to move to SAP CRM or SD whatever is more suitable to me. To begin with I have a few questions:

- How to start with this ?

- Is there a demand for functional or techno functional consultants in SAP ?

- How difficult is learning ABAP and get absorbed then ?

- SAP C4C is it a good alternative ?

I know these are quite a lot of questions but are really important for me to decide.
