I have a question on how it's possible to organize Analysis Workbooks in roles on the SAP NetWeaver BW Platform and specific how the business user can create folder/subfolders within a BW role when saving an Analysis Workbook?
In BEx Analyzer business people can create subfolders within a BW role (e.g. 2014, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 etc).
When we want to achieve the same with an Analysis Workbook there is no option to create a folders/subfolder. Does anyone know how to do so?
Since the users would like to organize the workbooks I think the SAP BuisnessObjects Analysis Edition for Microsoft Office should support this. Any highlights on this matter would be appreciated.

SAP Netweaver BW version 7.31 SP9 (SAPKW73109)
SAP BusinessObejcts Edition for Microsoft Office version 1.4 SP9
Message was edited by: Mikkel Bojsen-Møller Now were are running Analysis Office version 2.0 SP04 and we still doesn't have the option to create subfolder in the Save dialog when saving Analysis Workbooks to roles on the SAP NetWeaver.
