Hi Micheal,

 

 

In your second screen shot that you pasted, you have selected C and D as your Catalog Category for both Incident and Problem, however in the schema(first screen shot) which you have created the catalog corresponds to only D.

 

 

Can you do the following,

 

 

1) Since you have a schema which is up and running in your production environment you can click on Version and create a new schema and ensure that you maintain both the entries for C and D in the application area for the incident and problem. Give today's date for the schema however extend the time say half an hour after from the current time and save the new schema in crm web ui.

 

 

2) Delete entries which pertain to Subject Profile as explained earlier.

 

Once you correct your schema you can then check if the entries are coming in the follow up transaction.
