Hello,
Please follow the below steps:
1.Create 2 configurations for datastore,
2.Let Config1 point to Sql Sever 1 where you have tables with owner as USER1
3.Let Config2 point to different sql server where you have similar tables as in Server1 but now with a different owner as USER2.
4.Import the tables from this new datastore and use in your job.
5.Create 2 system configuration and choose accordingly at the run time.
