Hi Guy:

An example of my use case would be as follows: (Again, I'm runninng S/4HANA Fiori apps on a HCP Portal Service Site.)

The fiori app "My Timesheet", I'd like to read (trap an event) to do some calculation on (let's say) the calendar date the user has selected. Then, once the user has clicked on "Create Time Sheet", I want to read the Att./Absence type and validate it against some business logic.

Maybe this can't be done, but I am trying to do this from the portal service side. ie. I don't want to enhance or extend the actual fiori app or the odata service on the backend.
