Working with campaigns in SAP CCtr

Hello,

Everyone knows that the campaigns in SAP Contact Center are per queue.

So I can have a queue with various agents and import an external file with several customers.

OK. Now we have the customers on the call list that was imported and ready to start the campaign, I would like to direct some customers from the call list to be treat by an agent. For example:

So the call list imported, the  Agent A must serve customers with tag A and Agent B must meet the customer with tag B.

Someone can help me?
