IBase Change history Tcode or Table.

Hi,

I create and maintain Ibase using t-codes IB51, IB52 & IB53.

I want a reporting reporting t-code or a table which can give information on change history of Ibase of MATERIAL With Serial No. Management.

Parent Material is with Multilevel BOM.
