Multiple Counter Plan

Hello All,

I want to create a maint plan for an equipment in six months or by every 10000 shots whichever come early.

How can i map this process?. Should i create both plans separately as strategy plan?.

The daily activity of equipment is 300 shots. But sometimes after a quantity suppose 4000, user stops its use but at that moment he will not wait for completion of 10000 shots so he will do maintenance if its six monthly plan is due.

Please guide me step by step.
