Firefighter Provisioning Not Happening Request is in Pending

Hi Experts,

We got an issue with the EAM.MSMP Configured in the System for EAM.Issue is Firefighter provisioning is not happening even after the approver approves the request.Request still in pending.Notification is also not triggering for the requester that request is approved.

I have checked the Messege log in the instance monitor,

I can see execution details stopped at below message.

Ui action Update request Line item Data invoked by user Approver(object id/action detail XXXX)
