Thanks for the reply,

I referred those sap notes.But my system version is 7.4 and SP-12 updated patches.

My problem is i design the logon page that page having the html5 and css3 supporting.

Those are working in chrome and firefox browsers.But when i am checking the IE.It's setting the document mode is 5 default.After some R &D it's setting to 7 default.(<property value="true" name="com.sap.portal.prt.html5.compliant"/>).

IE-7 also working fine but when i am change to IE-8/9/10/EDGE.After logon page on-enter and on-click functions are not working the above mention js files are not supporting.
