Thanks for your update. I have tried all the aspects as below.
All we need now, Some how users are migrated to new environment with out assigning LDAP groups. We are trying to update those users with the relevant LDAP groups. I have tried all the below scenarios.
- User migrated with LDAP group which are NOT exists in new environment. User created with LDAP group assigned in new environment.
- Users migrated with LDAP group which are exists in new environment. LDAP group NOT assigned to that user in new environment.
- Via LDAP Authentication config updated with On-Demand LDAP Update using option Update LDAP user group now. Still not updated users with LDAP.
- I have tried to delete group and add in the LDAP config. Then this works in Dev. But afraid to implement this in Prod as I am suspecting Removing group may delete users in production. Any way this did not happened in Dev.
