are you sure the absence type is deducting correctly from the quotas in IT2006? (as in the below screenshots)
absence type 1200 (90 days of quota used)
it is deducting from quotas 07 & 08 (30 days from quota 07 & 60 from quota 08)
if correct, then try to trace the payroll log, in the RAB part of Time Management subschema, you should find something like the below:
and it is reading from the correct valuation rules (as per my settings):
