Please check the screen below for agents of workitem. But same is not available in my inbox.
This was working few days back but all of sudden this problem has arised and it is with all the agents. No one is able to see any workitem in inbox. I got to know that some setting has been changed in SCOT by BASIS team. I wonder this could be the culprit. I will check again with BASIS team and update.
