Even Am wondering - Per my understandings it shud not deduct (Because ESI Basis exceeds 15Ks), But my client says "It has to continue deducting the ESI till Sept' 15". After Sept' 15 salary, the ESI should not deduct.
I tried to convey my understandings but the client says that Deduction till Sep' 15 is a standard rule.
