After IPQC FQC the production order ,which kind of order should make for the repaired product?

after release production order ,during IPQC FQC , if found some  product needs to be repaired , which kind of order we should use?

Reproduced order or plant maintaince order?

In my opinion ,reproduced order should be used for it ,how about   PM order ?
