I have resolved the issue.
After upgrade there are many table entries which missed in customizing client xyz.
If you compare from client 000 and customizing client xyz you will see lot of table entries missing and you can not do client copy again as it will over all the data from client 000 and all the data will be wipe out.
Steps to be done by Basis.
Solution:
1. Create RFC which points to client 000
2. Login to Customizing client xyz
3. TC SA38 --> RHTTCP77 (First Run in Test Modee) --> Execute the report OR
4. TC SA38 --> RHSOBJCH.
Also refer to SAP SNote - 31621.
Check Entries from HR Control Tables:
The Organizational Management control tables must be complete if the workflow system is to be functional.
A check is made to this effect if you carry out this activity. To solve problems of this type, use the report RHTTCP77.
If there are errors regarding the transport objects PDST or PDWS, the relevant entries are not maintained in table SOBJ. You can use the report RHSOBJCH to rectify this later.
These tables are usually supplied. If entries are missing or problems cannot be solved, contact SAP or try to find the relevant notes using SAPNet.
