Auto delete draft upon adding documents

Hi all,

Just want to check whether we can make a command at SP_transaction notification to delete draft document once the document is added? If not SP_transaction then any other method? I mean without user manually deleting it, we wants the program to automatically delete it upon adding the document. Thanks.
